Maurice's Campground

Our dedicated committee members have been working hard the past few months to plan for a series of focus group meetings. We aim to host as many as possible to enrich the planning process.

The Maurice's Planning Committee invites you to come and engage in visioning exercises. The meeting will be broken into roundtables on different subjects, led by the town's consultants, to inform the planning process going forward.  

Food and refreshments will be provided.

Project Updates 

 

Residences at Lawrence Hill 

The development team, Preservation of Affordable Housing, and Community Development Partnership are working with the Town to coordinate the Wastewater Treatment Facility work. The Construction Management Plan regarding any neighborhood-level disruptions is also underway. 

A groundbreaking ceremony will be held this summer!
