What is the Housing Rehabilitation Program?

The Town of Wellfleet is now accepting applications for the Community Development Bock Grant(CBDG) funded Housing Rehabilitation Program. The funds aid low to moderate income residents, earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income.
Housing Rehabilitation funds can provide a 0% interest, deferred, forgivable loan to make critical home repairs. The program is designed to improve the housing conditions of income qualified households. Funds up to $40,000are available to eligible residents to pay for critical home repairs.


Housing Rehabilitation Application

Funding will be awarded to income eligible year-round on a first come, first served basis. The Resource Inc.(TRI) is managing the Housing Rehabilitation Program.
