The Wellfleet Affordable Housing Trust is pleased to announce a new forgivable loan program for Affordable Accessory Dwelling Units. This program will be managed and monitored by the Lower Cape Housing and ADU Resource Center (a partnership of Community Development Partnership and Homeless Prevention Council.)
